Clinical Data Processing Principles
DentiTalk is designed to minimize the processing and retention of clinical information.
In particular:
- clinical content is processed only as necessary to provide the requested functionality;
- DentiTalk does not maintain a patient-record repository;
- normal dictation audio is streamed rather than persistently stored by DentiTalk;
- transcription content is processed transiently;
- clinical content is not intentionally sent to product analytics;
- clinical content is not used by DentiTalk for advertising;
- clinical content is not sold; and
- clinical content is not used by DentiTalk for model training.
Where temporary audio must be created as part of technical fallback processing, it is used only to complete the requested processing and is subject to automatic deletion and independent cleanup safeguards.
Changes to Subprocessors
